Size guide
Measure around the widest part of the calf: S 9–11" (youth) · M 11–13" · L 13–15" · XL 15–17". Between sizes? Choose the larger size.
How to wear
Pull on like a sock → center the pad on your shin → pull your match sock over the top. Done.
Care
Hand wash cold, air dry. Do not tumble dry or iron.
FAQ
Can I wear it under or over socks? Either works — most players wear it over a thin sock and pull the match sock over the top.
Is it allowed in matches? Most leagues just require shin protection to be worn. Check with your league if unsure.
